The Essentials
I'm employed by 7digital as a .NET C# developer to work on web related products and for two days a month to innovate.
Outside of work I am constantly finding ways to convince my girlfriend that I'm doing "work" things, when really I'm just playing about programming. This could involve .NET, Erlang or anything else I just feel compelled to learn about and experiment with. Check the github link up top to see what I've been up to.
A Litte Bit More
I moved to London in search of a more vibrant developer community and exciting projects to work. So far it has worked out well, and I've learned good things and bad.
Being in London has the advantage of being close to Skillsmatter, which is just a hub of awesomeness if you are a developer.
I feel poor living in London, my money doesn't go very far.... more excuses to stay in and do some coding then :)
So you just code all the time or what?
Of course not. I'm studying with the Open Uni. I'm doing an exciting degree where I have been able to mix elements of computing with psychology - in particular aspects that relate to problem solving, learning and memory.
